Every year since the inaugural SOCAP conference in 2008, the SOCAP Entrepreneur Scholarship Program has awarded full scholarships to exceptional innovators who are working to solve pressing global problems, from sanitation to renewable energy to urban food systems, with sustainable solutions. This year we will award up to 150 outstanding entrepreneurs with a scholarship to attend SOCAP15 at Fort Mason in San Francisco, CA. Do you want to be one of them? You Could Also Win a Gratitude Award
In 2015, SOCAP will partner with The Gratitude Network for the second year in a row to recognize the most promising and innovative early stage social ventures in education, community development and environment/sustainability. SOCAP scholarship applicants working in these areas will be considered for the Gratitude Awards. Selected award winners will receive ongoing mentorship and entrepreneurial education and training, as well as special recognition at SOCAP15.
SOCAP Scholarship Awards Packages
Scholarship entrepreneurs bring great ideas, stories, and passion for creating sustainable business models to the SOCAP community. In 2015 we will reward selected scholarship recipients with an award package that includes:
- Free SOCAP full conference pass (valued at $1395)
- Impact Accelerator program on October 6th, 2015
- Hostel accommodations during the conference (optional)
- Recognition in the SOCAP program
- Mentorship from notable impact leaders
- Access to the StartGrid online community support platform
